receipt return question

Hello I had a receipt and i returned some things on that receipt. One of the things that i did not return, I would like to return now. however I only have the receipt that show's what i returned and not what i want to return now. I went to the store and asked if they could see the original receipt with the one I had and they said no. I have my email linked to my account, could you please look up to see if you could find me the receipt, I did not buy the item too long ago, and I would much prefer to have a refund rather than store credit.

Unfortunately, you will have to have the original receipt in order to get refunded for an item. Most likely, with your original receipt you will be issued a store credit.
