points and purchases not showing

I purchased $600+ of products from Fashion Valley Sephora and when I click on "view your in store & online purchases here" link the purchase does not show up and I have no points? What do I need to do?

I forwarded the email receipt several times, followed all the steps I was asked to do like included my BIC, phone number and email addresses. I am not getting responses anymore with PM and I still do not have my reward points. Did I do something wrong? Is this something where I need to return the product to the store and repurchase to get the points?
