playbox disappointed

hi , can I call customer service and tell them that I dont want or need hair volumizing products in my play box.?? I have frizzy hair and I wrote that in my profile .

Hi @jennjd, specific requests cannot be made with the Play! box, but updating your Beauty Profile will provide a guideline as to which products you will receive.  I'd be happy to forward your feedback to the appropriate team! Thank you for taking the time to write us.
