password resest link broken customer service chat and phone agents unable to help; going to miss 20% off bc their system doesn't work

I need to know how many hours it takes the system to reset when they've tried to send me too many reset links at once. All links coming through are saying they are already invalid or expired when clicked. The agent on the phone basically told me it was "too bad" and that I'd miss the sale, but considering the amount of money I spend here (and am trying to right now), this is super frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this?
