order not shipped

Hi guys, 

I placed two orders on the 13th and 14th but they are still not shipped. Just showing in process. Did this happen to anyone else? Is that normal? Actually need the stuff I ordered so not sure when they are arriving.

i’ve had a similar issue i ordered a week ago , got an order confirmation but never got shipping notification. my order does not even show up in my recent orders

I just came on here for the same reason.. no movement on my orders and we’re going on 8 days. You’re not alone! I’m worried the things I ordered will end up being out of stock 😞

@YYTao It can take longer to ship during a promotion. Our distribution centers are working hard to ship the orders as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping takes longer than usual when there's a high-volume event (aka the current sale). You'll just have to have some patience! 🙂
