not happy with Fleetoptics

I'm really annoyed that Sephora has switched to Fleetopics. My order has taken over a week when I used to get items with a couple of days. In addition, there is no tracking information available and it's constantly listed as "on its way". I'm not shopping Sephora online anymore if this is the delivery partner. I guess nobody at Sephora's operation team got the message that Amazon delivers the same day...
