not delivered

I have purchased a product from the brand ordinary and my emails have said it has been delivered but my package has been no where in sight. When purchasing this product I did use a promo code "FREESHIP" , this code worked but i wonder if it had anything to do with my lost or late package. I hope i can get another one delivered or a refund.
