no update on shipping info for ten days!!!!

I placed my order on November 2nd just after the discount starts. It has been ten days that I have not receive my package yet. Sephora send me a tracking number which belongs to "Ontrack" on Sunday. (Sephora normally uses UPS right? Why this time is "Ontrack?")  Today is Tuesday and there is still no update. Does anyone face the same issue??
