no tracking number for canadian order after 10 days

Hi, I ordered from the Canadian Sephora website on June 8. My package shipped June 10.  I still have not received a tracking number or any info on where my package is/when it will arrive.  Can someone please let me know how to get my tracking number, and what the deal is?

I feel your pain. I placed an order on June 19 and finally got a tracking # on July 2.  I still have not received my package and frankly have lost hope that it is ever coming.  The tracking # that they gave me doesn't even work.
