my looks aren’t posting in the gallery ..?

I have tried multiple times to upload photos to the Sephora Community gallery. I very much want to contribute to this community, as I love to post my makeup of the day, artistic eyeshadow looks, tips for dry-skin, etcetera !!

i have even tried clearing my cookies/cache as some people online have mentioned may help. did nothing. what is even more frustrating, is that I get the message at the end that says “Thanks! your post has been submitted”

and then nothing. I was able to DELETE an old look I wasn’t a fan of from my gallery, but whyyyyy can’t I add new ones ? 😞 very sad. Please help !!!!
