missing sample

i didn’t receive my sample of Tom Ford Bitter Peach with my order today. is there a way to have this sent to me?

Glad to see I’m not the only one. BOTH of my orders were missing the perfume samples so I chatted w/ a rep and she offered me 100 BI points. I would’ve rather had the samples.
