is it normal for sephora to NOT send the 'free' samples?

I know the samples are FREE and could be considered a bonus...but if Sephora offers them surely they should supply them.

How disappointing to think I was going to get to try out two things I might want to buy and then find them not included. And interestingly it is not a forgotten supply, because there was a free sample in the parcel, just not one I asked for and not one I would ever select.

Hey Sephora, why offer if you are not going to honour your office. shame.

Guess this will be my first and last online order.

This happens with all of my orders. Check FB marketplace. Employees like to sell the samples as bundles for $20. Brutal.
