i can't redeem my points.

I'm not so sure why, but I cannot access my rewards that I should be able to get. I have currently 237 points, and I cannot access my rewards in the 100 points section; it just shows how it would normally when my points are limited. Additionally, I do not have the app, and therefore I cannot access it through the app. I've also tried reseting my browsing data and it still says the same on both of my devices. Could someone help me?
