gift card numbers scratched off

My friend gifted me a $25 gift card back in September for my birthday. I went to use it and the number and pin are scratched off. I scratched on the number with a coin as directed on the card. Since it was months ago they don’t have the receipt. Is there anyway to fix this?

@kelseyleann2025, I'm sorry, the pin is required to redeem the card online. If we're able to find the full 16-digit card number, you may still be able to redeem it in store without the pin.
