cart deleted?

hello fellow BIC members! Just a couple days ago, I had a full cart of 39 items (basically my wishlist). After I left the app and later returned, all my items were deleted. I rebuilt my cart and the same thing happened again. I contacted customer support to see if this was a bug on my side but they couldn’t do anything about it, so I just gave up. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes!! It happened to me now twice. It’s extremely frustrating. I believe I had +99 items, both online and in store purchase options.

I do normally click on the love button, but my cart is my go to visual to see all the things I need/want all at once, so when this happens, now twice, I’m almost positive it’s some kind of app glitch that happens when they update their app maybe?

im also always certain I’m logged in, so that’s not the problem

happened to me sadly, i just added everything in my cart to my loves in case it happens again

@vianaurr make sure you are signed in when you build your cart.  Also use the heart symbol to add to your wishlist.
