cancelled order

I placed an order online on Sept 25, 2025 for multiple items for my daughters bday only to wait and have it cancelled the day after it was supposed to be delivered, with zero explanation. The reason I placed the multiple item order was because it coincided with the Sephora Haircare Sample Set. If this was the first time this happened to me that would be fine, but it's the second and very unprofessional. If it was one thing and was out of stock suddenly, fine. There is no way that many items were out of stock everywhere suddenly.
