cancel order

I was just wondering if there is any way to cancel an order? I know it's not guaranteed, it hasn't been shipped yet but I ended up finding the product in-store so I was hoping I wouldn't have to pay for shipping now.

 

here's my order number just for urgency

I have sent the cancellation request. If we are able to cancel the order a cancellation email will be sent. If we are not able to cancel the order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Thanks!
