can't read reviews

I can't read reviews on most products (95%). I get a blank page with a ''refine'' button. If I do a refine, the app closes saying that there is a problem with the app. Thanks for your help !

Android. It has been going on since the last update in the beginning of septembre or at the ems of august.

I am able to see reviews only for some products, maybe 1 out of 20.
