can't add birthday gift

When I try to add the birthday gift to my basket, I get a notification saying "You have already redeemed this item or are not yet eligible, check back in your birthday month." However, it hasn't been even a week since my birthday and it's still August. Is there anything I can do?

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having redeeming your Birthday Gift! Please give us a call at 1-877-SEPHORA, prior to submitting your next online order and during your birthday month, so we can make sure it is included. Thank you and happy birthday! 🙂
