broken blush

My charlotte tillbury blush was broken when i opened it. Everything else in the bag was fine but how do i get a replacement blush? It’s completely shattered and uniseable. This is the first time i’ve had a delivery to my door from Sephora and had a broken product. I’m extremely disappointed because i needed it for tonight which would have been Tuesday night. My other one I had is completely gone, so i was counting on same day delivery so i’d have it, and it looks like someone had opened it before because there’s blush all inside the box.# Charlotte Tilbury cheek to chic blush- pillow talk collection
