I also made a purchase today but my points are not showing online. It only matters because I jumper from Beauty  Insider to VIB. What should I do?

Hi Yoshadira, It can take up to 48 hours for purchases made in our Sephora inside JCPenney store to update. I see your purchase has updated in your account.
