I have three perfume orders I did yesterday and I haven't gotten the 3X
points on any of them. I noticed it yesterday, but figured I'd give it
until today to see if they popped up, but they haven't.

Can someone please assist me with my order.
This is my first time ordering from Sephora online. My package has been
ready for pick-up since Monday morning but the tracking number has not
moved whatsoever. Is this normal? I'm getting worried since it's a $200

I had a pretty big order and totally forgot to add my additional samples
😞 I saw some people got 100 points added when the same thing happened
to them? Is that something I could get also?

Canadian sites. Additionally, Rouge free shipping only applies within
