Shipping Delay?
Hello, I placed an order on January 23rd but it has yet to be shipped?
Normally with I receive items in 2 days. I'm just curious when my order
will be shipped? A little disappointed.

Censored "bad words" that aren't bad?
I am trying to send a private message and the "bad word" filter is
trying to censor words like Maybelline and MAC. Is anyone else having
this issue, or know how to fix it?? TIA 🙂

What should I do about this 'returned to sender' status.
I have been expecting a package from Sephora. However when I checked the
order status online, it said that they are being returned to sender.

Online purchase no in-store return
I have purchased a glow kit online and I've went to return it in-store
and they said they could not do it without the return slip. I thought
I've seen on here that they could process it as a no receip...

Hi @Vern28, I'm sorry to hear this and apologize for the confusion! If
it is within 60 days of purchase and the order is recorded on your
Beauty Insider card they should be able to process the return....
