Canceled orders
I have placed 7 product orders THIS MONTH ALONE that were canceled due
to the item I ordered being out of stock. Really?! 7 cancelled orders?

Yes I am ordering on the app. They have been advertising for us to use
and order from the app! Lol. I hope they get it to catch up to the
website. It's super disappointing.

How long does an order take to finish pending? I submitted the order on
Saturday and I know that they don't go through orders on the weekend.

im a sephora employee- and yes you can! i'm not sure about the jcpenny
sephora but a stand alone store absolutely can. its free 3 day shipping
to your home

VIB kit. I would recommend either calling your local Sephora store or
scheduling an appointment online before the 26th to guarantee that they
have time to do your make-over.

Hi SG19, quspork is right 🙂 You can request for samples at your local
Sephora store of just about any products they have available! Simply ask
a Cast Member for assistance and they can make the sample for you.
