More Rewards
I wish there were more rewards offered. I have been saving up my points
and if I am interested in a 2000+ reward, it is immediately sold out. Or
even if we could cash in our points for giftcards or something like
that..

Order in Progress but Out of Stock
I have my confirmation email already but when I go to track my order it
says “in progress” out of stock for all of my items even the samples.
Will I be receiving my items? This is a gift and I really need this to
be looked at please.

Why is my order still processing?
I used the Sephora app, as usual, to buy two products using my 20% promo
code on Friday, November 10. I have never had delays in my order being
processed. It is now Tuesday and my order is still in processing status.
Whats going on?!
