I believe you will need to call to have your birthday changed. Also you
are only allowed to use 3 gift cards per order but while you are on the
phone you may be able to ask if they will do it for you with the four.

Possible issue with my account.
I've been noticing some odd things going on with my account. When I go
to post a review it always comes up as "Anonymous" a few days later even
though I'm signed in and it says my name is Apocalyptica...

VIB is for people who have spent $500 in a calendar year, has nothing to
do with your points balance. The VIB icon will appear after a few weeks,
mine took a little while as the computers were backed up and didn't
update right away.

I actually just did on the laptop because it was telling me Sephora's
authenticity certificate was not safe. I always had it load anyway, but
couldn't log-in to BT, or sign in to get my shopping list....
