I am a VIB for 2013 and I just received my email. I was wondering if I
can get my VIB kit through an online order? I am in college, so where I
am now does not have a sephora store.

Hi denim16, Unfortunately we do not have the physical VIB Kits available
in our office or distribution center to send out to clients. The only
way to receive one is to pick it up at your local Sephora. Sorry! xo,

@denim16 we recommend you pick up your physical kit as soon as you can
if you prefer to have that instead of an online code for your VIB
welcome 10%.

The same thing happened to me! I've contacted CS a couple times and they
told me to wait while the system updated but it just reset.

Hi brownek909, I would suggest giving your local Sephora a call and
letting them know your situation when you book your appointment. They
may be able to make an acception, but it is at the stores discretion.
