I lost my points
🙃😔🥺I had been saving my 700 points for a few years and was going to
finally use them to get the 500 point reward. I have mixed feelings
about this. It made me not want to shop at Sephora for some time.

I just found out I lost 1230+ points too... been saving for years and
logged in today to start a big order to see them gone. Guess I’ll order

account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can
keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming...
