Hi @JessJoking17, My apologies! Sometimes, the number 1 can be mistaken
for a capital letter I in the code. If you previously entered a letter
I, please try entering a 1 instead and see if that works....

Same issue. I've tried uppercase, lowercase, 1s and Is, and dash/no
dash. Can you please help me too?

Can someone please help me redeem my scent certificate online?? I’ve
tried scanning it as well as manually typing it (attempted all
combinations of 1 and I as well). I’ve read that this is a common issue
which hopefully someone can help resolve…

I'm having the same issue. The code on the bottom left of the Scent
Certificate is giving an error that it does not exist.

I also tried to type in the code, and checked it multiple times, but
says it is currently being used with an order but I just received the
sampler today and wanted to order the full one, can anyone help?

I recently purchased the cologne sample set and am trying to redeem the
scent certificate online. I have tried different variations of the code
but none are accepted. There is no number 1 or letter I in the code.

Can you please help me with this same issue? I can't redeem the Libre
code. If i try entering it in promos, it says "enter as a gift card," if
i try entering it as a gift card it says invalid.
