Wrong delivery address, what do I do :(

I placed an order during the VIB sale but unfortunately they shipped it to the wrong address. This was also the issue before but it was shipped with OnTrac and was able to talk to live support into changing the address and being able to receive my order. I also deleted that address from my address book and inputted the new one.

Since I was in a rush to get all my items, I didn't notice it got shipped to the same wrong address as the first one. The courier this time is UPS and I'm having such a hard time reaching their customer service to change the address, what is going to happen now and how can I still receive my package? 😞
