Wrong Shipping Address

I recently placed an online order but I accidentally but my old address. I called customer service right away and the lady told me that she will help me change the address. However, I noticed the shipping address hasn't changed so I called again. Another lady picked up and told me the address is still the old address and she cannot change the shipping address for me. During both calls, the beauty advisors were impatient and rude. It would be great if someone can help me out.
