My order is taking WAY longer to ship then expected. At this point I️ would just like to cancel it altogether and be refunded.

This is another customer. be wary if you have not already cancelled. their refund policy seems non-existent. I am still waiting on a refund from November.

I have never had any issues with refunds from Sephora and I have been buying from it for 10 years.
