Worst experience with OnTrac Delivery

Sephora truly needs to end its relationship with OnTrac.All my friends packages and mine got returned or lost  by the carrier OnTrac.This month,I have 2 packages delivered but I cant find nowhere,so sephora refunded me one order and reshipped the other order,I don't wanna the reshipment still shipped by OnTrac.OnTrac has lost my Sephora packages twice over the past three months!!  I've never lost package except shipped by ontrac.And all MY friends packages returned by OnTrac,how does that even happen???please return the reshipment by Ontrac and change the new carrier,if not,please refunded it to my credit card.I dont wanna my package still shipped by the worst,worst,worst company.
