I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent customer service experience involving a representative named Rosemary. Today, I was in a chat with Rosemary when she abruptly left the chatroom as I was typing, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. This experience left me feeling that my concerns were not valued. I have saved the chat record, which clearly shows this abrupt end to our conversation.

I hope Sephora will address this issue to ensure customers receive the respectful and attentive service expected. I would appreciate any effort to restore my trust and loyalty.
