Will we ever get the sephoria bag

Its been almost a month since our session was cancelled, and 2 weeks past the time they said they'll be shipped. 

Literally no one answers emails no matter how long you wait and if you get a response here they'll give you something generic or will say “soon” and it may take up to 3 weeks to get. 

its terrible the way this is being handled, especially when most of the people that were going to sephoria are rouge and spend the most money there. Hopefully they'll do something additional as an apology. 

if a moderator sees this I would love some real, honest info. Im over being messed with
