Why had my order still not shipped?

I ordered my items on April 5th, 2020 around 4pm. I keep looking at the status of my items, and they still say in-progress. Its going on 5 days and my order still hasn't shipped, should I be worried?

I ordered on mar.31, the status says it’s been shipped, but I never got the tracking number

There are a lot of delays with shipping. My ETA’s for my orders are 2 weeks plus.
