Why can't I submit product reviews anymore?

As of last night and into today I keep getting a We're Sorry submission failed message from Sephora when I try to review Velour Lashes. I have tried submitting several times. Yesterday morning it was working fine and then nothing. Why?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble leaving product reviews!

 

Typically, site issues can be fixed with a few troubleshooting steps. First, clear your cookies and cache. You can also try using a different Internet browser or device. I am having the same issue and have cleared cache and history. Still unable to post a review. I'm using a desktop computer.

Did anyone ever figure anything out with this? I have tried on several devices and am experiencing the same issue.

@newproductjunkie I submit all my reviews using Google Chrome. So far I haven't had any issues.
