Why am I not receiving my password reset?

I created an account awhile back. I've requested a new password because I can't remember it, but I'm not receiving any email even though I'm receiving the emails for events and sales, etc. There's 83 points on that account so I don't want to just forget it. Is it possible to transfer the points from that account to this one despite not having the password?
