Why Are You Still Using Ontrac?

Please.... please stop using Ontrac. They’ve taken a piece of my soul at this point. I’ve never seen anything positive about the company and I understand why. They lack competency at every level, from corporate to drivers. Not only that, but the lack of communication and unprofessionalism makes me wonder how many packages have been lost. I still haven’t received my package AND I HAVE TO PICK IT UP MYSELF FROM A DISTRIBUTION SITE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. AND I STILL HAVE TO WAIT SEVERAL DAYS TO DO SO, WITH NO GUARANTEE IT WILL BE THERE. What was the point of spending extra money just to get free shipping when I have to be my own delivery person? This whole process has been ridiculous and time-wasting, and had made me seriously reconsider buying from Sephora if you’re going to continue to use such an awful delivery service. Heck I’ll volunteer to deliver the packages myself at this rate. My one-woman service would still be faster and more efficient than Ontrac’s sad excuse for a fleet.

Yes! Sephora needs to stop using OnTrac. They lied and said my package was delivered. I contacted Sephora 3 days after the supposed delivery date and Sephora shipped a replacement order. Two days after that a family member saw an OnTrac driver delivering a different package to our neighbors so they asked the driver if he had a package for our address. He found my "delivered" Sephora package in his truck. 

Now the replacement order still hasn't come (even though its marked delivered) because is was shipped via OnTrac too. I plan to return it if I ever get it, but I'm worried I will be charged for the order if I never return it. Sephora, stop using OnTrac!

I'm currently dealing with customer service over OnTrac failing to deliver my order. I tried to explain that OnTrac was the problem, but they just put the order in again to deliver to my same address. The same thing is going to happen again, and I'm going to have to put in another ticket! I can't fathom how much money and business Sephora is losing by continuing to use OnTrac. I like their products, but it's not worth this headache every time I try to order something online.
