Where do i get my rouge $25 reward?

I redeemed the 25 dollar rouge reward with my points but I don't know where i redeem it. I've read posts that they email you the code to use it but I have yet to see that in an email. Is there somewhere else i find it?

How did you resolve this issue? I also redeemed for the $25 credit several times but I haven't received the emails, not in the inbox or spam mailbox. It has been weeks now.

Did you have any luck? I ordered mine October 17 and still don't see how to activate it. I checked my spam e-mail and nothing went there.
