Where are my samples promised!??

I didn't receive any of the samples i requested! This isn't the 1st time but this is my 1st complaint since @sephora been slacking a lot! I must say Sephora in overseas are much better and generous with samplings than the one in US!

Are the warehouse/store workers been stealing these samples that supposed to be given to the customers?? If so then shame on them..

I know tons of the employees selling samples on ebay and other sites and so proudly bragging how they got the samples too.. so what's going on?!
