Where are all my points?

I came in to purchase my cream and I noticed all the points I worked so hard to save over the years are gone!!

The same happens to me. I couldn’t go shopping during the pandemic and all my 1000 points are gone due to inactivity. I’ve been saving it and now I don’t know if I want to start all over again. 😞

Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
