What is happening to the free samples?

Hi @CustomerService, my last three orders have come without free samples. I never received the ones I selected but there weren't even any replacements. Are free samples no longer happening? It's unfortunate if that's the case, since I have discovered so many new-to-me products that way.

This has been happening to me consistently since October of last year. It’s unbelievable really. I’ve called many times about this issue. You would think that 6 months later this issue would have been fixed???
