Website has changed country, unable to ship.

I've always lived in Canada and ordered from the Canadian website; randomly, the website has changed my shipping country to America, and when I enter my Canadian address, it says "Shipping to America" with an American flag next to it, when my address is clearly in Alberta. In my account, everything is set to Canadian options.

 

I don't want to place an order and have it shipped to America incorrectly. The Support Chat is unavailable.

 

Any one else dealing with this issue? If so, when you placed an order, did it ship to you correctly even though the website is clearly confused? Really don't want to have to go to an actual mall.

My apologies! If you're using the app, please click your name/photo icon near the bottom of the screen, then scroll down to App Settings. Please check that Sephora Canada is selected. If you're using the web browser, please exit the checkout area, and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Please check that Sephora Canada is selected.

@ciedem, my apologies, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your device, or clearing the cookies and cache on your web browser. You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device.
