Watching videos in the Sephora app

In the Sephora app, under "videos," it appears as though you can simply click on your desired video and it will play. Yet it does not. How do you watch the videos in the Sephora app? Do you download them to be played on another device? Are they linked to YouTube? Are they only available to watch via Airplay? Thanks for the help.

Hi @LLinLV,

The video should begin playing automatically once you click the play button. I recommend double-checking that your Sephora app is updated. You can also try deleting the app and downloading it onto your device again. I hope this helps! 🙂
