Voluspa candles arrived broken & damaged

I recently placed a large order for Voluspa candles online. When the package arrived it was pretty beat up. I was surprised all 8 candles I purchased fit into the box and they were not wrapped properly for glass containers. Each were in a thin plastic bag sleeve & wrapped 1 one piece of paper. One the candles is shattered at the bottom. Another candle looks dirty inside & as if some of the wax melted inside & on the rim. Most of the candles have dents on the lids. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I have purchased these candles in the past from Anthropologie and they would come wrapped in bubble wrap and in individual boxes. I've included pictures. This just happened to me today.  $200 Voluspa candles - in huge box too big for items and all the glass jar candles in baggies.  Everything broken.  Per Google and this site, useless to get a refund from Sephora.  Reputation of horrible customer service and used products.  This was my first online order ever with Sephora (never liked the stores) and my last.  Telling Family & Friends do not order anything from this Company.  I will gladly pay for whatever they need from a customer service/well packaging Company!!
