Viseart Golden Hour Palette - coming soon or out of stock?

The new Viseart palette is listed as being "out of stock". As far as I know, it was never in stock so is it actually out of stock or just not arrived yet. I have already set up email notification but so far I have heard nothing and the associate I spoke to on the Rouge line did not know.
