Veho Shipping Sucks

Hi! Just wanted to warn others who currently shop and order online using Sephora that they have decided to use a shipper called Veho. I was supposed to get my products delivered last Thursday and to date never rcvd them . If you read reviews about this company they are horrible. I tried to reach out to them the only method o know of which is text msg and 5 days later still no response. I called SEPHORA CS & they were just about as horrible as VEHO. I think they have lost my business for good but just wanted to warn others if your products are shipped via VEHO highly unlikely you will rcv them

Having a similar issue right now. First order was "lost." Then Sephora issued me a replacement order, which was supposed to be delivered today when my office was open. They tried on Saturday, after I specifically said not to and now I am getting the whole "its back at the whare house excuse." They will not give me an ETA on the next delivery date and I am concerned that it may never reach me. I have never had this much trouble with a Sephora order and cannot for the life of me figure out why Sephora is using Veho, they are awful.

I am appreciative of all of these posts about Veho on Sephora. If Sephora is now using them, I guess I will not be ordering from Sephora anymore. I am fed up with Veho, their lies, and mishandling of packages.
