Vanilla Visa GIft Card Payment Error

I'm been trying over and over again to check out but keep getting a payment error. It seems like i'm not the only one with this issue per previous post. My card is active and i've used it to purchase other things on other websites. I have enough funds and I've assigned a zip code on my card. WHAT DO I DO NOW? I just want my products that's all. It's bad enough i can't go to the store now i can't use the money i have on my card to order. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

I just called VANILLA and they told me that. " THIS MERCHANT IS BLOCKED" that's why people are having issues and that i needed to contact Sephora to solve this or use another method of payment. I spoke with Sephora twice earlier and i was told i needed to contact VANILLA. What in the world is going on?

Update!!!

I figure it myself. For those are you having this same issue.

If you have a PayPal account try linking the card to your account or another option is to buy a Sephora gift card on PayPal using your Vanilla gift card ( you can buy for whatever amount you need for that purchase). That's what i did, I purchase the Sephora e-gift card  on PayPal, got my email and i was able to make my Sephora purchase.
