VIB?

Ok so I joined beauty insider in August, and I currently have 231 points so I'll be eligable for VIB soon. Technically I have only been a beauty insider for 4 months not a year, however the new year started, so does that mean the year starts over and I have to spend $350 in 2013? Because I don't think thats fair, I've only been a beauty insider for 3 or 4 months! Please help, thanks!

Hi Abby1025, 

Your VIB status is not based on points and is based on your spend total. 

To qualify for VIB for 2013, you needed to spend a minimum $350 in our Sephora stores or online with your Beauty Insider account throughout the whole year. While your points will roll over to the next year, your spend total does not. 

If you have 231 points already, they could have been from $231 in purchases, or from purchases and extra promotions that may have given points.  If you are missing any purchases from your history or believe you should be a VIB for 2013, please call us at 1-877-SEPHORA so we can assist you.
